What is SSC CGL?

Studying General Awareness divides into two parts: Static GK and Current Affairs

How To Read General Awareness For SSC CGL

For reading a general awareness you need to make a strategy. If you want to read NCERTs then you first read NCERTs then Lucent. Else you start your preparation with Lucent try to learn the tables that are given in Lucent.

You try to read Lucent 8 to 10 times completely with the given table. What will happen is that you will remember everything so much that any question will come in CGL and if you have read about it from this book then you will be able to do it.

After doing the lucent you can do the previous year's papers. As I mentioned above, you can buy Arihant's book or any other book which has detailed solutions. What will happen if you are not able to solve any question in this book, then you can see the detailed solution of that question.

First, you read daily current affairs and then every website or any platform you follow for current affairs will provide the weakly current affairs, you read also it. After that, a PDF of Monthly Current Affairs also comes which you will read every month. 

From Where To Study General Awareness For SSC CGL

You need some guidance for SSC CGL preparation which is provided by the coaching institute but if you don't take membership in the coaching institute or do not join any coaching then you get a lot of free guidance from youtube.

All you can do is follow the youtube channel of the person who has cleared SSC CGL or you can watch the videos in which selected candidates share their experience of how they cleared the exam.
